Description

In order to make up for my lateness last comic, I have decided to put this installment up early. With that of course comes the end of the first arc altogether.

Next arc will be the first proper arc, consisting of parodies of the storyline of the first Rosenkreuzstilette game (or, as I affectionally call it, RKS: ~Seelegewehr~). What can be expected therein:

:bulletyellow:Action!
:bulletyellow:Drama!
:bulletyellow:Betrayal!
:bulletyellow:Hundreds and hundreds of knives all aiming at Tia's chest! (not guaranteed)

among other things. Until then!

TRANSCRIPTION:

#7: Wir sind die RKS
7.1: (Zorne and Trau can just be seen leaving the panel. Freu also makes ready to depart.)
Freu: [Well, I'll see you later, Tia. I've got something to catch up with.]
Tia: [Bye! See you!]
7.2: (Exit Freu. Fade to Sepia. Tia reminisces about the past of the RKS)
Tia's thoughts: [May 11, 1577. One year ago, the RKS as I knew it had formed.]
Tia's thoughts: [I can hardly believe that in just fifteen years, we'd get so many members. It's like we were all destined to be here somehow.]
7.3 (long panel): (Cut to a statue of Rosenkreuz, still in Sepia.)
Tia's thoughts: [I remember, when I was little, my mom told me of the legend of Rosenkreuz. How he and his eight closest disciples fought a war to have the Empire accept their kind, the Magi, as equals.]
Tia's thoughts: [Even when he gave his life, he gave us hope when the Empire finally recognized us and inaugurated the Blades of the Rose Cross---the RKS.]
Tia's thoughts: [Today, we serve as a valuable force for the Empire, defending the rights of people to practice magic as well as maintaining the integrity of the Church.]
Tia's thoughts: [Yet, I feel that somehow, our hero's efforts are being undone....]

It might not be what you want to hear, but with the added parody element, it feels like I'll be reading Dave Anez's takes on the first six Megaman games all over again.

Or thereabouts. Which is a good thing. I like it when these kind of things poke fun at themselves. And I'm curious to see how you handle Rosenkruezstilette.
