You might think that, with the recent popularity of HNX Inflation Co., that anyone can become a member of the staff.

Well, not really.

People who wish to work for HNX must first submit an application for employment. Pretty standard fare for any job-seeker. However, what makes things unique is that after the job interview, we select a good few people from the pool and have them undergo training. By "training" of course, we mean "transmutating you into a person of infinite durability and tolerance of gaseous substances by means of fun exercises".

One of them, Balloon Sync, involves inflating a balloon to at least a diameter of 5 meters while at the same time allowing the belly to do the same. Breasts and posterior inflation is a bonus. This is of course, one of our hardest training challenges for anyone to accomplish, as it involves coordination, muscular strength and endurance, and of course a calm, patient mind.

As you can see here, our lovely trainee Belita is demonstrating the Balloon Sync for us, over the watchful eyes of a trained staff personnel. Already, she has managed to approach a diameter of 3 m with both balloon and belly, and is even showing off her bioluminescent prowess. It is clear that she will be the next member of HNX Co.
