This is the glowing edition of my deviation "Balloon-splay" (see below). I decided for some reason to include some glowy effect to the piece, but I was ambivalent about whether it would help the image any. The intent was to show that the OCs' inflation was caused by some P-Balloons, but it could just as easily be some P-Magic instead.
